the canadian federal government has more women in it than any other place i have worked. its interesting to me that those women seem to be leaving the federal government without being able to get to their required retirement age because of MEN like LEAH.

so i find it all a little interesting that when Mr. Trudeau claims to be a feminist, when Kristy Duncan claims to give a shit about women in STEM i have evidence to the contrary.

u caught the wrong brown lady this time. it was an autistic person who knew GAC has a guy in india i reported for sexually harassing women in india because i alerted his boss. you dont need to call me human in ur laws. i also know members across the GOC who are doing the jobs of their senior staff because those positions are not filled but because they are LGBTQ+ and maybe not politically relevant they are not being promoted. PERSONALLY.

the bureaucracy of the GOC is holding you up. it is the fucking shield between the political wing that is bought and sold for the best rate to any international agent of corporate entity and the “rule based order”.

you DO NOT give a shit when women are hurt. you do not care if women are hired into the right roles coz awww so sad your HR teams dont have the right boxes. make more boxes.

you never seem to be able to fire the MEN and the WOMEN who terrorize the EMPLOYEES.

  • number of complaints investigated
  • names of people/ companies investigating

i think its high time the GOC understood who runs the GOC. people like me run it. ppl like u take credit for it.

why dont you do something meaningful and make a statement to the entire bureaucracy that you are putting HARASSMENT AND BULLYING into the workplace health and safety code.

oddly a terrorized person is about as productive as one who has asbestos poisoning. that lack or productive impacts their life and you work environment. get did of the termites. dont blame the wood for being eaten.

ill sign an NDA. on one thing only. the entire workforce of the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA needs this amendment. it is making the statement that it stagnates our innovation. if you need a non human money related reason. i can prove it is impeding ECONOMIC productivity if you remain heartlessly unmoved and i can also prove WHITE MEN AND WOMEN have been targets.
