TWO MONTHS before collision, everyone knows the speaker list. everyone knows the theme and the word goes out.
the bitches in tech- meet in dingy bars and figure out who can score them free passes. all of tdot is collision. u do not leave downtown during collision.
there are the formal speakers. women mostly who were ejected from your brightest minds in AI- elon, “zuck” and sam altman- these ladies are low key building the real autonomous driving algos. in CANADA.
they left and investors dropped some real fucking gs coz most of these women head the fucking department. so we like them.
INVESTORS who know how to invest in tech- based on commercialization indicies invest in them. grown ups. have websites. teams and email addresses published so smart people can get in touch.
u dont have to be in the closed network of apples healthcare to get access to money from them.
but then — professional investors with legit jobs are not investing unix to unix machines. they r investing in tech.
we — morons- debate who is going to which talk. sometimes the talks are far away and not enough time inbetween the switches means u need a buddy system to share notes. which we do every evening, over drinks in a bar in tdot.
then u never leave the building. because our speakers are not walking in the door with a security detail to parade how important they r. our speakers are there just as awkward as us and usually relived when u ask them about their work.
