Young adults experienced the social isolation and loss of their friends during COVID. they already have PTSD. Women also experience alot of social friction so they are also generally immune.
the effect is similar to first burning a small batch of forest, so that patch does not burn a second time isolating the fire as is common in indigenous practices.
Summary of Events:
someone or someones were deploying AI for reasons that NO ONE CARES ABOUT. Due to the nature of how AI is developed, the people who program it effectively use themselves as the customer or reference point for developing it.
for example: if only white people are in a company, they make hands-free soap dispensers that do not account for the increase in melanin and its effects in absorbing light by the sensors. preventing people from getting access to soap. Due to faulty automation.
Impact:
TECHNICAL- AI: A social resonant frequency has developed. Everyone is going to keep getting more and more deregulated until the “game” goes live.

BIOLOGICAL- dopamine-cortisol: the dopamine-cortisol-serotonin- epinephrine interactions give human beings what we know as “muscle memory”. The hacking of these interactions to control behavior has the exact same effect as a human being downloading a brain virus.

Anyone who has the lived experience of very low social friction.
Social Friction Definition: if you do not usually experience alot of edits on your behavior, like the designers of the 3 algorithms, then this virus was custom designed for you. To use your most primal base instincts against you.
If you are less AI literate than most, and older and using SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS to make any decisions, you are making those decisions based on your worst fears about that situation.
PROGRAMMING TIMELINE:
Time to go zombie: as soon as you believe the engagement is real. average time 2 weeks. From first contact to 2 weeks, the game is live. meaning you are making real world decisions based on a virtual reality that was created to control you. You are in a very very scary matrix.

Examples of things i did, this is not a recommendation.
- if you are very very deregulated. then you will experience heart palpitations and nervousness. Sativa gives you a bit of relif by taking your physical symptom that you are feeling as an emotion, and makes them analytical. So you can think about it.
- Sometimes it is helpful to have a very fun night with some friends. good friends that you dont use the phone around. where you dont drive home. meet your friends in you pjs. have a slumber party. do a 90s “i got a beer keg” party. BRING THE 90s back.
- If you then flood the system the next day with indica, it will mellow you out right.

Try:
- Reading or listening to Adam Grants book: Think Again. Read it in a book club that emergency meets daily for 1 week. talk about it everyday. write down your thoughts.
- Pick up an instrument. try to learn something you enjoy that you have ZERO knowledge in. it will slow your brain down.
- Learn about AI. how it is coded, regulated, applied, deployed, whatever you can understand. talk about AI.
